POSTINGS NEW Help Wanted MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN LIVES ACT TEAM LEAD Western Mental Health Center in Marshall, MN is looking for a full time Mental Health Professional to be the Team Lead for an Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT). ACT is a team treatment approach designed to provide comprehensive, community-based psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation, and support to persons with serious and persistent mental illness. This individual must have one year of appropriate prior clinical and rehabilitative supervisory experience and be a LICSW, PsyD, or Doctoral LP. The team lead will provide administrative services as well as direct services to clients. This individual will be responsible for admissions, utilization management and step-down discharge decisions. They will also take the lead in assessments, rehabilitation planning and documentation to adhere to professional and Medicaid standards. Must be able to work with an inter-disciplinary team and have excellent communication and documentation skills. Travel will be required in a five county area.
