Nurse-Family Partnership Supporting Hands Nurse-Family Partnership (SHNFP) is seeking one full-time Public Health Nurse in the Kandiyohi County area and one full-time Public Health Nurse in the Lincoln/Lyon/Yellow Medicine Counties area to be a Nurse Home Visitor, who is compassionate, organized, flexible, and self-directed; with strong advocacy and teaching skills. Responsibilities will include providing home visiting services to eligible first-time mothers and their families. You will be a part of a supportive team of nurses. Valid MN driver's license required. Strongly desirable qualifications include previous experience in home visiting, working with families with young children, and working with diverse populations. Requires a flexible schedule and travel. Beginning salary ranges from $59,342 to $61,422 annually, based upon experience. Benefits include paid single health coverage, monthly cash contribution for pre-tax benefits, PERA, PTO, Holidays, LTD and Life Insurance.
