About
The Link began in 2008 as a collaboration of the New London-Spicer area churches. The area churches had experienced an increasing need for a central, coordinated effort to lovingly respond to the needs of our neighbors. The Link focuses on engaging the community and serving people in need in northern Kandiyohi County.
In our community, people in need are often invisible. People experiencing poverty or a financial crisis often feel alone and ashamed, making it difficult to ask for help. Unforeseen circumstances such as health issues, unemployment, or simply having incomes that are unable to sustain their basic needs often look to the faith community for support. This is where The Link comes in!
