Rochester is home to CHSI’s only year-round site in southern Minnesota. Housed in the Heintz Center at Rochester Community and Technical College. CHSI has developed great relationships with Mayo Clinic, Salvation Army, Winona State University, and numerous other local healthcare, education, and community organizations in the Rochester area. The Rochester clinic has 2 clinical providers on-site available throughout the week. Behavioral Health services are also available with our Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or with our Family Psych/Mental Health FNP-BC.
