Our experienced staff includes Chef Curt Stierler who is a long-time Little Crow member with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Curt’s passion for food shows in the special touches he adds to each dish. Our Food and Beverage Manager Jake Cleveland has his BS in Management and 10 years of food and beverage hospitality experience. Jake puts guests first and is always willing to go the extra step to create memorable experiences.
