I am so glad you are here! I'm Emma Whitcomb (Rose), Primrose's owner in small town Minnesota. I'm a firm believer in following your dreams - no matter how big, or how small - I am here to cheer you on! To dress prim, or primly is to never leave the house without feeling put together. Rose is my maiden name and it means love and loyalty - all of which I strive to live by each day.
