About

I am creative, curious and love to learn. I am passionate about physical therapy and consider it my calling. I love to achieve and push myself. I enjoyed exercise and athletics as a teen and young adult and naturally fell into an orthopedics and sports medicine clinic setting for the next 10 years after graduating from PT school. In 2006 I took professional coursework in Vestibular Rehabilitation- the evaluation and treatment of dizziness and imbalance and I was hooked. Since then, I have specialized as a balance therapist, using a blend of vestibular and orthopedic rehab. Vestibular therapy can provide rapid relief for those with vertigo and restore a patient's balance abilities allowing them to get back to their daily life, job, and recreational activities. This therapy has also been shown to play a significant role in the rehabilitation of concussions and has brought me back full circle, working with athletes and those who sustain a concussion. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, following my children's athletic pursuits and have been known to knit in the stands at sporting events.
