Willmar Civic Scholarship Association is a non-profit organization that was founded by the Education Committee of the Willmar Chamber of Commerce in 1958 WCSA demonstrates our community's appreciation of our graduating young people and their academic achievements. Our program is strictly academic based and there is no application process for the students Who Receives the Scholarships? Scholarships are awarded to the top 2 students in each WHS educational department: Art Agriculture Business English Health/Physical Education Math +Music Science You can make a difference in a Willmar High School student's future! A donor may declare a specific Educational Department or WCSA will designate one for you If interested in donating, contact: willmarcivicscholarship@gmail.com 100% of your donation goes to the student! Social Studies World Language Technology Education Woodworking Cabinetry, Carpentry Welding Metals Engineering and Architecture The remainder of our scholarships go to students based on their GPA ranking Only one scholarship is awarded per student from WCSA. This allows us to recognize a greater number of students. Any dollar amount is greatly appreciated.
