2023 WILLMAR FESTS KIDDIE PARADE WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21ST! Parade Information: Parade begins at 6:30 pm Parade route: Around Rice Park, starting at 2nd Street and Rice Avenue. This years parade will be on a new night, Wednesday, June 21st in conjunction with the first annual Kiwanis Kids day at Rice Park. The parade route will go around Rice Park before the Prairie Winds Summer Band Concert. Check-in: 6:00 pm on 2nd Street, south of Rice Avenue. Children must check in to be included in the judging. Judging starts promptly at 6:15 pm Prizes First Place $100 Second Place $75 Third Place $50 Entrants must be age 12 and under. No motorized vehicles unless driven by an adult.
